Senryu Ginjo Drunken Chicken

1 chicken, approx. 2 kg Replacing the beer in the booming beer can chicken with local sake “Kururyu Shuzo Ginjo-shu” adds juiciness and fragrance to the roasted whole chicken. An infusion roaster (Weber) replaces the beer can, a metal bucket, and a cooking thermometer. So no worries!

A mestin is a rice cooker made of aluminum. It is said that there is no camping meal that cannot be cooked with pasta, fried food, and even desserts.
