  • Cut onion and celery into thin slices.
  • In a frying pan, add the cut vegetables and saute briefly.
  • Arrange the seafood on top of the vegetables, pour in the wine, cover and heat through.
  • Add the tomato sauce and water, bring to a boil, add salt to taste, and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
