Senryu Ginjo Drunken Chicken

Cut potatoes, carrots and onions.
Rub the surface and inside of the whole chicken with salt and pepper and brush with honey.
Place chopped vegetables and ginjo-shu in the infusion roaster and set the whole chicken in the roaster.
Place it on the netting of the fire pit, cover it with a bucket and wait for it to burn.
