Senryu Ginjo Drunken Chicken

  • Cut potatoes, carrots and onions.
  • Rub the surface and inside of the whole chicken with salt and pepper and brush with honey.
  • Place chopped vegetables and ginjo-shu in the infusion roaster and set the whole chicken in the roaster.
  • Place it on the netting of the fire pit, cover it with a bucket and wait for it to burn.
