About a 40-minute drive from downtown Sasebo, Shiratake Nature Park is located at the foot of the sacred and powerful Mt.Shiratake. The vast nature park features a large lake, athletic facilities for children, and a café. The restrooms are clean, and an AC power supply is available at some campsites. The park managers are on duty 24 hours a day, so even solo female campers will feel safe.
